3. The Minister of Transport shall, when arbitrating under paragraph 1, notify the parties to that effect without delay.
4. In the case of arbitration to the effect that the loss should be compensated, the amount of compensation and the term and method of payment shall also be decided therein.
Article 17. Any person who has any objection to the amount of compensation decided in the arbitration under paragraph 1 of the preceding Article may request for an increase or decrease of its amount by filing a complaint within 3 months of the date on which he received notification of the results of the arbitration.
2. In the case of a complaint under the preceding paragraph, the other party against which the complaint is registered shall be the defendant.
3. In the case of a statement of objection concerning the arbitration under paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, an objection relating to the amount of compensation may be the reason for the objection relating to the arbitration.
4. Any person who has an objection to the amount of compensation in the arbitration under paragraph 1 of the preceding Article may dispute only according to the provisions under paragraph 1 of the preceding Article.
